Custom Training pLans by David Glover

A Custom Training Plan by David Glover provides the structure and expertise of an experienced triathlon coach and elite athlete as a less expensive alternative to ongoing coaching.

The Custom Plan is ideal for the triathlete who is looking for a individualized training plan built around his or her unique background, experiences and goals but does not desire frequent, ongoing interaction with a coach.

Following an initial consultation to review your goals, fitness level, triathlon experience and time availability, David will create a customized and phased training plan for you.

Our Clients say:

I had a extremely positive experience working with David.  David was able to set out a yearly and weeky plan that added structure and took the guess work out of training for me.  It was nice to be able to focus my energy on doing the workouts and not planning what workouts I should be doing.  I never felt felt that I was overtraining or risking injury in my workouts."
